Today class we will have a look at a recipe for Disaster. All you'll need is one very large room with a high roof. Place in the room 77 fully set tables with approx 30 glasses on each table. Add into the tables 700 people who are consuming free alcohol. I did forget something very important. Before you add the tables to the mix you need to firstly garnish the tables with a full size football with a kicking tee. ( I am not a rocket scientist but as soon as I walked into the room my arms started flailing uncontrollably and saying danger Will Robinson Much Danger. I am just not sure who could not see that the room set-up was a recipe for bad times for all)
Like all good cooking shows we have prepared one earlier. I came in to the get the post mortem of this event. It's all about the angle really. The food people say there were no hassles as RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) was strictly adhered to. Security however reported quite a lot of people kicking footballs to friends on other levels. I also think they may disagree with the food peoples view that RSA was adhered to. The architects I am sure are very happy their large open foyer is being used in such a manner. Also reports of friends kicking to each other in the room and seeing if they can hit the taxi rank from the main stairs. So a good time had by all really.
