Death Does Not Become Me.....

I'm glad to say that death has not managed to take me away. Sad news I know for many of my fans.

Having been abandoned by First Wife on Saturday I managed to survive by watching a little sport - 1 rugby match and 2 complete football matches - a 40's gangster movie, Frasier, Top Gear and a little of the 1991 remake of Cape Fear. In between times I managed to grab several hours of hard earned sleep.

Yesterday saw me vegetate in front of the TV, yet again. This again helped reinforce the medicinal properties of sport, Top Gear and Frasier.

First Wife arrived home and spent enough time to eat some soup before running off to help with youth, while I struggled on the slow road to recovery.

Thankfully she returned afterwards to help me celebrate Pancake Day. Her part was to make the pancakes and main was to eat my share. This is a great division of labour and one I recommend to all married couples.

Now I'm having the first of my "sick" days from work. This should help me recover enough to return to full time loafing on Wedneday.

Well, have to go. The Return of Frank James is on and Frasier will be on straight after. Pluys I have to wash up the pancake mess from yesterday.
