The path of recovery has finally begun to excert itself. Sleeping on the floor last night certainly helped.
Just to put fluttering nerves to rest. First Wife had not kicked me out in a fit of rage at my sport watching activities of the weekend. I was coughing so much that I couldn't get comfortable and was disturbing her attempts to sleep. I therefore took the chivalrous decision to sleep on the floor in the living room. I could have opted for the sofa bed but didn't have the energy to sort it out.
I must admit that I had a great night's sleep. Maybe I should do this more often.
Back to work tomorrow. At least I come home again on Thursday.
