Have you ever noticed that employing a new member of staff is sometimes more burdensome than managing on your own? As you have to show them what to do your own work output falls and he amount of work increases accordingly.
I must say that my "mini-me" is learning quickly and retaining information but things do take slightly longer to do. As such I'll probably need to stay on for an extra couple of hours next week to get completely up to date before we take Stroppy Boy to London for a long weekend.
