Yesterday saw a great breakthrough in the world of church meetings..... We had our first sub-3 hour deacons meeting in ages. In addition I was not stressed afterwards. Miracles do happen.
Then came the bad news today. After waiting for almost an hour for my blood test at the doctors I took the car in for a service. On the way there the engine began misfiring. I found out that one of the cylinders had carbon deposits in it and was starting to leak water in. Thankfully we managed to catch the problem before any serious problems developed. Just means its cost me an extra £150 to fix.
Tomorow is chase the solicitors day. We know that the vendor has sent a reply to our queries but we've not seen anything yet. I hate solicitors. Is there any such thing as a good one? I met a few but they all retired a few years ago.
