I'm think that I need to tell Sad Sister the difference between fact and fiction. How do you break it to a 3x y/o, with the mental age of an artichoke, that things you see on TV are not always real?
She actually thinks that Cybermen did invade earth a few years ago and that a spaceship, driven by a pig, actually crashed into Big Ben. It doesn't help that Dr Who is filmed around this part of the country. It hasn't occured to her that places in Cardiff are not really London. Even though she lived in London for a while.
I really worry for the sanity of my brother in law and her children. Thank goodness we're taking them to Yeovilton tomorrow without her.
Its bad enough that my wife believes that road sweeping vehicles are actually Ooood.
