Today is the birthday of FW.
Our lunch at the new pub (see last Saturday's post) was a great success. She also seemed to like the new DAB radio I'd bought her. She wanted a new clock/radio alarm but I found a DAB radio that has an alarm function on it. The other good thing is that it looks like a Marshall Amp and has a volume dial that goes to.... 11!!!!! Yes, it's a Planet Rock special edition.
We also have FW's sister and her new beau staying with us. He is a nice guy and seemed to manage to cope with my family fairly well.
