Strange Man In A Dirty Coat

Yesterday we went to watch the mighty Pooler play in a top of the table class with Blackwood.

We were running a little late as we'd booked a Sainsbury's delivery for 12-1 and left the house a little later than usual for our Saturday lunch in Arkwright's Cafe in town. We then got a little more delayed as I decided to have a second cup of coffee, as FW had not finished her cup of tea. So we eventually arrived at the match about 5 minutes prior to kick-off. While FW was off buying her ticket I went to find my dad in the stand and claim our seats.

Just after she sat down a gent came back holding 2 cups of tea and a hot dog. As he came past me he told me to put my hand in his pocket. Odd request thinks I and go ahead. I rummage around and find something warm, hard and little damp on the top. FW looks at me as I give a little squeak of delight at what I'd found....

Rewind:

Just as I'd sat down a gent in the next seat, further up the row, decided to get up and visit the burger van for a cup of tea. Cheekily I complained about this inconvenience and said that he could bring one back for me as well.

"Not possible," he said; "I only have one pair of hands."
