Frustration

I have spent the last 2 days trying to book a visit to an attraction near Bristol. Unfortunately they only have one phoneline to take your bookings and it has been almost constantly engaged. I have got through twice and been told that the lines are open from XXXX a.m. to XXX p.m. and XXX p.m. to XXX p.m. Monday to Friday and that you can't leave a message.

But those messages were given to me after XXXX p.m. when the line was supposed to be manned. So how do they expect you to get through to arrange your visit? Maybe that's part of the plan, they don't actually want you too visit at all.

UPDATE:

Finally got through after an additional hour of trying. Then the woman said: "I don't think that attraction is here; it's not on the list. Suddenly! Sorry here it is.
