We are flying with a Irish based Low Cost airline to Ireland. The beauty is that fares are cheap and you can book in online, to save hassle at the airport.
So I did this this morning and everything went great; that was until I tried to print off the boarding passes. Our Xerox printer has died on us. We have had to spend all day not printing any e-mails, attachments, quotes etc. WE have been waiting since 08:30hrs for our IT dept. to reroute us to the other printer in the office.
This is very frustrating as our IT dept. are based 100 miles away and seem unable to fix the problem. In addition we know not when Xerox will send someone to shoot the broken printer.
On the plus side I got my haircut at lunchtime. Niow I look more like the thug I am.
