A Wibblefish is a type of Haddock that swims in an oscilating type motion. I learnt this from reading The Great Book of Extraorndinary Animals. These last 2 weeks I have felt much like a Wibblefish as work just seems to get busier and busier.
We have just had the best 3 months since I started there. Our branch profits have almost doubled since Easter and it doesn't look like stopping. This of course adds to the pressure to get things done. We are having more and more enquiries which leads to more and more work.
I don't mind this as I enjoy working and my work. I just wish that I could have a breather every now and then to catch up. Whenever I take a day of it just seems to be another kind of busy and the last few weekends have been interrupted by work as well.
I'm hoping that this weekend will be a little more relaxed and that customers won't want things moved urgently. Here's living in hope.
