Praise God indeed.
This is really an addition to my Mini Testimony accross in the next column, for now I want to SHOUT about it.
I arrived at the Chest Clinic, as I have done for the last 34 years, well in time. I know many of the staff.
My aim at this appointment was to get the consultant to further lower the doseage of one of my drugs - after all I am feeling sooooooo much better these days. (I have 15 prescription items...) Not only did he agree to this further tweak in medication, I have also been signed off from the Chest Clinic at hospital. For the first time in 34 years I am soley under my GP's care. My one regret was that I did not boldly attribute God as being a major player in my getting heaps better process, I timidly mentioned him as an afterthought...
Still, there was a minor flicker of a smile from my Consultant, indicating either -
'Another Religious Nutter' or 'Well, belt it out, man! Give God all the glory he deserves.'
Father God, THANK YOU. Amen
