Today my 2nd daughter returned from their DofE Gold hike, I thought she would be exhausted after 80km, she breezed in not even phoning for a lift from the drop off point - instead choosing to walk home with full kit on her back. I am impressed :)
The folk festival is now in full swing, but we cannot hear the music from our back garden. Maybe they are sitting quietly on stage mining the music. Well done to the sound engineers who seem to have addressed this problem so well.
