Nipped into town to get new trainers this lunchtime. I thought they were trainers, fabric type top, not 'shoes'. Arriving home, 'They're not trainers, they're sort of - er um, walking boots.'
Hmph, Trainers are sort of fabriccy, walking boots come way up the ankle - and shoes are shiney. Who keeps on mucking around with the designs. I am NOT going back into town to change them. Doing battle with all those 'PEOPLE' is just so......
Right, just time for a snooze before afternoon shift.
