Thankyou to those who have wished me well and shown interest in my new job.
Today, being the first day of an all too short weekend (everyone knows w/e's should be 4 days long) I found myself in Ely for the afternoon, thus resolving to attend Evensong at the Cathedral. The Choristers sang very well, but I felt more an onlooker than part of the service.
O'Kief has been asked to help out at school - offsted next week and he is to be a 'Visual Aid' in a french class. I have told him he must fly straight home - and no talking to strangers.
Finally, some words of wisdom:
Housework won't kill you, but why take a chance?

It takes a long time to grow an old friend.
