Well, two of the ones in bags of compost are. And they're purple.
Finally we got the rest of the potatoes in last weekend, despite the rain. C then took his frustration out on the rest of the conifers, which are now mere stumps, except for the one I made him keep 8 foot high but strip of all its leaves so i can grow something up it. Currently I can't choose between Morning Glory (a blue flowered annual climber) and a climbing squash. Both would be fun, one would be edible. Hmmm...
Meanwhile the cherry tree is in full blossom and looking beautiful (and we can see it now that the conifers are gone), everything else is sprouting and the primrose is still going. And yesterday we discovered lily-of-the-valley! And Gardeners World on tonight (C is out for a pizza). Bliss!
