It's not often, in fact this might be the first post, where I have extolled the virtues of a book, or C.D, but I'm loving a C.D so much I feel the need to share. It's called "All along the wall", and is a collection of poems and songs, written by a collection of songwriters and poets. I'd heard about it a while back, and had been meaning to get hold of a copy for a while, and finally got round to it. I'm very glad I did, it has songs/ poems to make you laugh, to make you sad, to make you think, all from the inspiration of Hadrian's wall. Some of them bring out how things don't really change, people still miss there families, are frustrated by how others see them, walls divide, and many other themes. If you are interest in more details about the original project, then here is a link to a short write up when the C.D was originally launched.
