Yesterday I spent time with friends who are significantly more conservative when it comes to Christianity than me. They however manage to do that thing which is so rare amongst Christians (from all parts of the spectrum) of being committed to their own part of Christianity, but being gracious to others. When I spent time with them I come away feeling that Christianity really is a faith of hope, where we can learn from each other without putting each other down. Where we can all grow together by seeing the positives and negatives of others positions and how this can help us all grow. I feel privileged to be part of a family of believers where we can value diversity, but stay true to who we are.
