One of my friends has as her religious views on face book uʍop ǝpısdn p1ɹoʍ ʎɯ pǝuɹnʇ snsǝظ (Jesus turned my world upside down.) While I understand that for her this is true, and is what we are often told that as Christians, Jesus should turn our world upside down. I however struggle with this statement. I can’t imagine a world without Jesus as a major part of it. I’ve increasingly realised how God in my life is so important. I realise that it effects the way I deal with everything. Take God out of my life and I wouldn’t be me. I can see how he is gradually changing me, but he has been an important part of my life ever since I can remember. Maybe it would be more accurate to say because of God I live in a right way up world, which I am slowly learning to appreciate more.
