My last day went very smoothly. I'd deliberately chosen some nice easy calls to do today with a view to finishing early. I phoned around a few of my colleagues to say goodbye. My manager's parting shot was "If it doesn't work out, you know where we are - just give me a ring"
It's nice to know that I've left enough of a good impression that I'd be welcome back. However, all being well it won't be necessary. This time, I'm determined that it WILL work out.
