Took the Dalek to a protest at leeds on the train today - it was so much easier than I thought! We had no problems getting it there or back!
The protest was a bit boring to be honest, but the dalek was very well recieved, and I had a fantastic few hours in the pub.
The way back is best summed up in three quotes, all announced over the tannoy.
"Passengers are reminded that travelling with a dalek results in an excess charge of £30"
"This train will shortly be arriving in York where this service Exterminates"
"Please remember to take all lugage, personal items and daleks with you when leaving this train".
It made me happy!
