We've heard lots of fireworks already, after the kids have gone to bed of course. However, either they stop just as we open the curtains, which is to be expected due to Murphy's Law & all that, or the sound continues, but the view must be around one side of the block...
...And we thought we'd have a good view on the 3rd floor!
Annoying point of the day (other than the bamphires doing their best to get lost in 'The Big W' - a Woolies shop to most people), anyway... Listening to Classic FM this morning and the weather forecast was 'fine and dry for most of the country, gales and storms for Scotland'. Then Simon Bates comes on with "It's brightening up!" I just wanted to stay in bed. Some things don't change...
