Coz I've done my back in again! It started yesterday, during church. I was desperately trying to sit up straight, but was horrendously uncomfortable however I ended up. Result: Feels like a lump of something is sitting on the base of my spine.
Have another appointment with the physio on Thursday.
R came home from school today with a sticker on her sweatshirt saying 'excellent'. Lemly collected her, and the explanation she got was 'the teacher gave it to me'. I asked, and got 'the teacher gave it to me. I fell over, my knee hurts, and my forehead.'
So why the sticker? A few possiblities suggest themselves.
1. She did good work in class (my grammar is appalling!)
2. She fell, and was brave about it (i.e. stopped screaming within 5 mins)
3. Everybody got a sticker today
