Sorry, legs, but your request for a rest fell on deaf ears. The postman dropped a postcard in the street by accident and we, good citizens that we are, decided to deliver it for him. The perfect opportunity for Tiddles to have another go at riding his bike on the main road... me running behind him with my heart in my throat as each car went hurtling past. The perfect opportunity for Smudgelet to have his first ever try at riding his bike on the road instead of the pavement.... me running behind him with my heart in my throat every time he had to pull out to go round a parked car.
Why do I live in such a hilly part of the country?
