The computer... well, everything but the actual computer tower which is still in intensive care... has now sat safely on the computer desk for three hours and has not yet "crashed". I am a DIY genius! Now to get the filing cabinets done. First, though, I need to rediscover my bedroom before visitors arrive tomorrow. What a time to offer hospitality to friends who are visiting the Island overnight. I must be mad... either that, or they must!
Anyway, I am simply blogging to say... I did it! I cycled up the hill to M's house this afternoon (OK, so I pushed it up the really hilly bits, but I rode it on the flat bits) and I cycled back again at high speed down the hill afterwards. Anyone got any oxygen?
I also did my civic duty. Down to the polling station to vote (talking the boys through the process as I did it) and back again, bag of chips in hand. Hmmm... this isn't really doing my diet any good at all, is it? Still, I walked there and back, so that must have burned off a dozen calories or so, surely?
What I want to know is, how did Smudgelet "accidentally" get three inches of toothpaste up Tiddles' back?
