I have just removed ten, yes ten, loadsworth of dirty washing (or rather, dirty mingled with abandoned clean) from the Smudgelet's bedroom. a) where on earth did they get so many clothes? and b) where on earth do they find room actually to get into their bedroom? and c) when precisely is this stuff all going to get washed and ironed? and d) how precisely do you explain the fact that they were unable to see any of this stuff during the previous weeks when I have asked them to put all their dirty clothes in the wash basket?
Still, at least I now know where all my towels have gone!
