OK, I've made some progress, I've stood up!
*slaps wrist*
I will post here when I have made some progress worth recording. I depart now to put the washing on, sort out the things which are going away with us on holiday on Friday (which are currently taking up part of my bed), put a cheque in the post for planning permission, and hang Dad's lounge curtains. I will let you know how I get on.
And I do not need a cup of coffee yet.
