An incompetant and irritating plumber who's right. After his five millionth visit to my central cooling boiler, the engineer has finally discovered that it is indeed the piping that's at fault (or at least partly to blame) and now I'm back to chasing the chap who installed it in the first place! This rather chilly year, two months and nine days (not that I'm counting) could have been avoided, well not the year but certainly the chilliness of it, if they'd only agreed to my rather radical suggestion that they both come round at the same time and tackle the mystery of the uncooperative boiler as a team. They might then have noticed a little sooner that the piping which takes the condensate from the condensing boiler to the drain was rather unhelpfully fitted at a 30 degree angle uphill!
