After weeks and weeks of thinking and uumming and aahhing to my boss about finishing my contract, I have decided to go and visit the boy in Glasgow for the month of February and then come back and finish my contract. This is due to many reasons, some of which include:
"I really like my job"
"The work I'm doing is in a field I want to get into and the longer I stay, the more experience I get"
"My two siblings are both moving here and so we will all be in the same city"
"My friends are here"
"It could take me a while to find a job I enjoy overseas so I may as well be earning money here"
There are 'cons' too but I try not to dwell on those. I was worried that I might resent the boy for me leaving my job but this way I kind of get the best of both worlds.
