I had a great rehearsal last night.
Just imagine this, a life sized teapot, probably 2 metres long by a metre wide. This is the costume I paraded around in last night. It is made out of cardboard in an antiquarian type style. I even have a little lid hat thing.
I asked a few people 'does my bum look big in this?'. People felt obliged to respond which was interesting. Somebody commented that the back of my costume wasn't what they were worried about (let's just say, the front looks a bit phallic).
I had great fun (particularly in the scene where there are only ultraviolet lights).
