Holy Mackrel, Butterfly a difficult swimming stroke.
I only did 12 laps this morning but 48.5m was swum as butterfly (I swum a few freestyle strokes to pass people in my lane). I think my pride in having to finish the lap almost killed me.
Next time I attempt it I will make sure that the pool and surrounding area is free from onlookers or in the very least I hope I don't look like a drowning giraffe.
