....The Lindt cafe in Martin Place, Sydney is the most fantastic place. It was the only place I have ever been to where you can pick whether you want a light or dark hot chocolate. I chose the dark hot chocolate and sipped every divine mouthful while on my way to the library on a coolish Friday morning.

Thursday night in Sydney was a most pleasant, amusing and fun evening. Ian, Deeleea and wiblog reader Lisa met up for an indulgent evening of pancakes. My dessert was chocolate pancakes with chocolate ice-cream covered in brandied cherries. Yum! I must admit that I was very tired by the time this occasion came after a few hard days studying at the library. I really did have a fantastic evening in spite of that and I hope I didn't come across as being too boring! It was fantastic to meet Dee and Lisa and to spend some more time with Ian.

Safely home now.

I hope this post is comprehensible, I've had a bit to drink tonight. I'll use the excuse that I have survived 2 performances this weekend and I only have two more to go till I can completely concentrate on my thesis. Ppff, who needs an excuse to drink?
