When I saw the knee specialist earlier on in the year (because the staple in my knee was causing me some aggravation), he said I had the signs of early onset osteoarthritis in the knee in question (and most likely in both). That's not the sort of thing you want to hear at the age of 22, or 21 as I was at the time.
I have never had it really bother me until last night when it was cold and my knees started to ache, and kept on aching for most of the night. I will have to find an inventive way of keeping me knees warm because I think that may solve some of the problem. Maybe I will crotchet little knee warmers.....
