A friend of mine from The Ship of Fools had a baby boy yesterday. I was emailed some photos and he is just gorgeous. Congratulations to Veritas and Mr Veritas and little baby Veritas. I think they will make a wonderful family.
In other news, I saw my supervisor today and handed over all the work I have done so far (22,500 words of a 15,000 word thesis but that included bibliography, appendices and quotes etc). I'm nervous about somebody reading it and I said to him while handing it over "just remember it's a work in progress". I haven't even started to work on some chapters so it's just a bunch of quotes that I want to use and notes from my surveys. I hope he understands all that. I have another meeting scheduled with him next week so hopefully that all works out and there is nothing *too* drastic that I have to do.
