This workplace is stuck in the Dark Ages. There is no scanner (they seemed surprised when I wanted to scan a document and send it by PDF in an email) AND only 3 computers in the workplace have the internet. I think people feel very 'special' if they are allowed to have the internet on the computer.
This is part of the reason I haven't blogged in a while because I just haven't had the access but one of the supervisors is away today so I am sitting at his computer.
I am still getting used to the whole full-time work thing. When do people go shopping? All the good shops are opened in business hours and I just can't get away from work! I'm sure I will work something out, I guess that is what late night shopping is for.
I had my second last performance last night for the Broadway excerpts show. It went really well but I was sssooo exhausted after it all because I work the hours of 9 - 5.30pm and then I went for dinner before the show and then performed...... People really enjoyed me prancing around in a Little Red Riding Hood costume. I get very dishevelled after the wolf eats me and my grandmother. I have teased hair and bits of branches in my costume. Quite a look I can tell you!
Back to work.
