Tomorrow I have an appointment at the Dutch Embassy to try and get a Dutch passport. I have probably spent close to $400 getting all the paperwork ready (having things authenticated etc, etc) so it would be such a blow if they don't approve me to have one. Even so I will be cutting it a bit fine as I leave on the 1st of November (in 6 and a half weeks) and it says that it takes up to 5 weeks to process a new passport application! Aargh!
