I've had a week of w*rking hard on a couple of reports, trying to keep my head down away from boss's reminders that 'these need to be finished as a priority'. I know! But I did check with you that you wanted me to do all the searches, and you said 'yes, as much detail as possible', and the search engine grinds incredibly slowly and keeps booting me out, so it's taking a while. Oh, and I'm copying and pasting from the old template, which we were using when I started, to the new one which came in halfway through. Hopefully, tomorrow morning the last report should be done.
Then for the weekend - I'm off up to Cambridge on Saturday to spend the weekend with my folks, as it's my dad's 70th birthday on Sunday. And when I say 'my folks', that includes, along with my parents and my grandad, my husband, my brother and my brother's girlfriend. So there may be a blogger or two among us ;-D
I'm on early shift tomorrow, which is actually rather nice on a Friday as it means my weekend begins at 3pm. Well, OK, 3.10pm as spending an extra 10 minutes at w*rk (which counts as flexi-time) is actually less tiresome than spending an extra 10 minutes at the station waiting for the train.
