This makes me happier than a very happy thing. And now, if you'll excuse me, I'm off to invoke his aid for the minor miracle of getting a good night's sleep. He and Our Lady of Walsingham can tag team, because if I don't stop coughing, I'm not going on pilgrimage. O Lord, support us all the day long of this troublous life, until the shadows lengthen, and the evening comes, and the busy world is hushed, and the fever of life is over, and our work is done. Then in your mercy, grant us a safe lodging and a holy rest, and peace at the last. Amen.
