Proper, "I really should go to the doctor but I can't be bothered to sit in a waiting room surrounded by ill people only to be told I have a chest infection and go home and drink simple linctus" ill.
Anyway, better now (hurrah, no more 3am "oh help, I've just barfed up a lung" coughing fits), so normal witterings will be resumed shortly.
Bird count is currently two bluetits, three great tits and a robin who hasn't read the bit in the bird instruction manual that says "robins are ground feeders." Silly robin.
