that your blood pressure is in need of some exercise, I can heartily recommend the following. Buy a large orchid with a dramatic flower spike, a present for the best mum in the world. With one hand, carry aforesaid orchid through the Tube system at rush hour, whilst at the same time towing luggage-on-a-stick with your other hand, trying not to drop anything, because aforesaid orchid is in a pink ceramic pot, which would break.
All the while bearing in mind that one of your hands is not terribly strong at the moment, and it's Friday afternoon so it hurts like hell anyway.
Still, I managed, and rosamummy liked her present (even if rosadaddy wasn't too impressed). Hurrah.
