Sunday night, there I was, sat innocently at the PC (uploading photos to flickr, what a surprise), when three low loaders and two police cars turned up at the end of the street and started taking people's cars away, which was all very exciting, especially when the owners of the cars came out and started querying what was going on.
On Saturday, I went to the London Aquarium, which was interesting, but I'm quite glad I booked on line and got a discounted ticket, because good though it was, I'm not entirely sure it was worth the full price entry fee. Am rather impressed that I managed not to feed anyone's shrill and shrieky child to the sharks, much as they deserved it, in my opinion. Am even more impressed that I didn't feed the father of the terrified small girl to the sharks, as he held her up to the tank, going "look, he's smiling at you, he's coming to get you!" much to her extremely vocal distress. Repellent man.
