Now, I had not been previously aware that I had particularly fat legs, until about an hour ago, when I attempted to purchase this winter's boots, whereupon I discovered that I apparently have calves that could support a baby elephant.
I stalked out in high dudgeon when the saleslady came back with a style that "their larger customers often feel more comfortable in." OK, I've just been called fat by an anorexic midget. I do believe I'm leaving now, and going to Duo Boots.
