Survived first exam without bursting into tears, although it was a damn close-run thing at one point - can I just say that I hate Transport for London with a passion they can only dream about?

Got to Stratford. Just missed train. Next train in seven minutes. Fine, have built in half an hour's delay.

Got on train.

Train crept along so slowly that my half-hour's delay was completely swallowed up by the time I got to London Bridge.

Got off at London Bridge. Ran up escalator. Escalator leading out of the tube station was out of service, had to go the long way out. Ran up the stairs, maintaining a constant litany of "excuse me please, excuse me, coming through, excuse me, thank you," waited for green man to cross road, stepped out into road, got sworn at by bicycle courier, gave him a filthy look and said "which part of 'red meaning stop' are you struggling with, idiot?" got a muttered "'s'rry," which I think is the first time ever, got to college precisely on 9:30, (meep). Got told wrong exam room. Went to what I thought was right exam room, someone was sat in my seat.

Meep.

Eventually found right exam room, panicking and on the point of tears by this point, sat down, hyperventilated a bit, started exam.

Brain melted and ran out of my ears.

Finished exam.

Ran away.

Nice man in Monmouth Coffee Company café gave me a free chocolate truffle.
