Getting home from work, flinging laundry into suitcase, and wheeling it off to the laundrette only to discover that it is so very firmly closed that there is no indication as to whether it may ever reopen ever again (there may have been a notice on the window, but the steel shutters were blocking my view).
So I said "bum," quite distinctly, but under my breath because I have been properly brung up, and then turned round and came home.
And I still don't have clean clothes!
