for Sainsbury's to announce they're going to campaign for every house in the country to have a compost bin. I live on the second floor, and do not have access to a garden. This prompts two questions, namely:
(1) where would I keep it?
(2) what would I do with the compost?
I am not keeping a compost bin in my kitchen, thank you very much, because they honk and attract flies. Likewise, I am not going to start furtively sneaking round the estate with bags of half-rotted smelly yuk and clandestinely dumping it on the municipal roses.
