Oh, it makes me laugh

Way back in the mists of time, when my brother was ten or so, he entered a poem into a poetry competition and won (being him, the poem was something creepy about spiders). The prize was an Oric-1, one of the very early home PCs, with 48KB of memory and you needed a cassette player to run the games. Anyone remember Manic Miner? I can't hear the opening bars of In the Hall of the Mountain King without thinking of fuchsia-pink, blocky graphics displayed on an old TV screen. I wonder if you can still get that game?

Now, 20-something years later, I have eight gigabytes of memory for my camera alone, stored on two little rectangles of plastic and metal that between them probably weigh less than 10 grammes.
