your sanity and your time, avoid, at any and all costs (even if it means crawling the length of the country on your knees over broken glass to go and pick it up yourself), ordering anything to be delivered from PC World's website. Also avoid, any and all costs, any other company that uses Business Post as their courier firm.
I am sat here, slack-jawed with amazement that any two companies can be so inefficient, unhelpful, obstructive and ignorant of the law. That one company could exhibit such jaw-dropping ineptness and incompetence is amazing. That two could do so at the same time frankly beggars all belief.
