I ordered a couple of skeins of yarn from Hipknits a few days ago. The yarn arrived today, but unfortunately the company had mixed up two orders and sent my cashmere & silk off to one lady, and sent me her recycled sari silk.
One quick e-mail later, many apologies from Hipknits, and my cashmere & silk is being sent to me and I get to keep the sari silk as well, whilst the lady who should have the sari silk is getting sent some more.
Compare and contrast to PC World and Business Post, who still haven't managed to pull their collective fingers out sufficiently far to send me my computer desk.
