I officially give up all hope of ever seeing this wretched desk, ever.
Despite Business Post promising (yesterday) that it would go out this evening, it didn't go on the van.
Faced with this level of total and utter incompetence, I have been reduced to wailing "but you promised me!" like a disappointed four year old.
Apparently, I am to call back tomorrow and speak to the manager. Call them back on a number that is permanently engaged and has no answering service. Or I could send them an e-mail that they won't read, I suppose.
