Bye bye, Freedom2Surf, you were rubbish. I have changed my broadband provider to a provider who will hopefully be less rubbish, and does at least have a helpline that is open when I will need to call them, namely after 6pm, when I get home from work and discover that I have no internet. Again.
A helpline that is only open from 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday, when the earliest I can get home from work is 6pm, is about as much use as a glass hammer, and considerably less decorative.
